You can watch to a special account in the choosen period.
If you make your entries yearly, you can, like in the Journal,
put in a time-limit. You can enter the account-number
manually, or by Popup-Menu. In the Popup-Menu you see only
the first 100 account-numbers. 

If you make your accounting yearly, you can enter a 
time-limit for special months. You choose the months in a 
dialog box, which will be opened after choosing this 
menu-point.

"Amount Old:" tell you the amount of the account you have at
the begin of the accounting-period (Last-Year or Last-Month,
only inventory-accounts). The amount old is at profit and
loss-accounts always zero. "Amount New:" tell you the 
actual amount of the account.

You can print the statement of account with "Print" from
the menu "File".
